DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact Kylie within 48 hours at hellokyliesams@gmail.com

Please take photographs of any damaged packaging (before opening) and/or damages to artwork and send to Kylie (for insurance purposes) along with your email.


GENERAL RETURNS

It is important to us that you are happy with your artwork. In the unfortunate event that you would like to return an artwork for reasons other than mentioned above, we offer a 7 day return period from the date of delivery.

Please contact Kylie within 7 days at hellokyliesams@gmail.com to request a return. Please specify if you would like to exchange the work or request a refund. 


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The artwork must be in the same condition that it was received - undamaged and unused and must be returned, well-protected in its original packaging. 


EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the original artwork has been received and assessed.

For change of mind returns the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
