Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 7 days of payment for unframed works and 21 days for custom framed works. Your artwork will be packed with care and shipped as soon as possible. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We provide FREE shipping within Australia. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome international orders. Please email Kylie at hellokyliesams@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

All artworks over 1 metre in length (on the longest side) will be carefully removed from their stretcher bars, rolled, and shipped in a sturdy tube for safe international delivery, unless otherwise arranged. 

Any charges related to duty, taxes or customs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 7 days, though it may take longer for remote areas. International shipping usually takes 7 to 28 days. Please note that delivery times can vary - these time frames are a general guide only. 

If you would like to request express shipping, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist. If available for your order, express shipping will incur additional delivery costs. 

 

SHIPPING CARRIER

Paintings under 95cm in length (on the longest side) will be sent via Australia Post. Larger paintings will be shipped via courier, unless otherwise arranged. 

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number for your delivery. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact Kylie within 48 hours at hellokyliesams@gmail.com

Please take photographs of any damaged packaging (before opening) and/or damages to artwork and send to Kylie (for insurance purposes) along with your email.
